Nozzles

The nozzle section of this tool enables the user to search the database three ways:

1. The first option is to 'Search By Component', which will display a list of component categories. By selecting a category it will expand to display photographs of all the components currently in the database of that category. Selecting either the component or the component name will link to the Component Page. The Component Page includes relevant component information including packaging with links to the proper Flex or FlexJet nozzle page, vision parameters and a larger component image.

2. 'Search by Nozzle' is similar in that it first displays nozzle categories which expand to displayed all the nozzle photographs in the database of that category. Selecting either the photograph or nozzle part number will link to the Nozzle Page. The Nozzle Page displays pertinent nozzle information including key and changer information. Links to a larger nozzle photograph and the non-standard components handled by the nozzle are also provided.

3. The 'Search By Part Number' option allows the user to enter complete or partial part numbers then returns a table of any or all matches. If no part number is entered, then the complete list of nozzles entered in the database is returned. If just a few numbers are entered, then the search engine will treat these like the first number(s) of the nozzle part number returning a table of any nozzles beginning with these numbers. By preceding a number or set of numbers by a *, then the search engine will search for any nozzles ending with the entry and returning with the appropriate nozzles. From the results table you are able to link to the Nozzle Page by selecting the nozzle part number.
