The VCD 8 is a configurable solution for inserting axial components from sequenced tape input packages. An established history of reliable performance and consistent integration of machine upgrades provides cost efficiency per insertion, as well as superb throughput per square meter. Available in both single and dual-head configurations, the VCD 8 automatically inserts axial components at speeds up to 40,000cph, while maintaining an outgoing board quality of 150ppm or better. An intuitive operator interface that is common with other Generation 8 equipment offers easy operation, diagnostics, data management, and a graphical product editor.

VCD 8 Single-Head - Delivers high throughput per square meter. Insertion speeds up to 25,000 cph.

VCD 8 Dual-Head - Populates two printed circuit boards simultaneously, making it ideal for high volume applications. Insertion speeds up to 40,000 cph.
