Overview:
This online course is designed to provide the knowledge required to Read Electrical Diagrams from Universal Instruments' machines.
Objective:
At the end of the course you will be able to read the electrical diagrams from Universal Instruments' machines.
Course Content:
This course is composed of the following lessons:
- Machine Safety and ESD.
- Help Systems.
- Electrical Subassemblies Identification.
- Electrical Assembly Functions.
- Reading Electrical Symbols.
- Tracing Connections.
Duration of the Course:
- 20 days.
- From October 10 (8:00am EST time) to October 30 (11:00pm EST time), 2018.
- From November 10 (8:00am EST time) to November 30 (11:00pm EST time), 2018.
- From December 10 (8:00am EST time) to December 30 (11:00pm EST time), 2018.
Course Availability:
- 24 hours - 7 days a week
- You can access the course at any time during the duration of the course.
Evaluation:
You must complete each assessment (6 assessments in total) at the end of the following lessons:
- Assessment -Machine Safety and ESD.
- Assessment - Help Systems.
- Assessment - Electrical Subassemblies Identification.
- Assessment - Electrical Assembly Functions.
- Assessment - Reading Electrical Symbols.
- Assessment - Tracing Connections.
Each assessment will consist of 5 questions.
You will have unlimited attempts to complete each assessment.
The Final Average Grade located in My Grades will be your final grade, which will be the average from the 6 assessments.
A minimum Final Average Grade of 80 is required to approve your course.

Experience on any of our machines as a technician, engineer, and/or programmer.
